These are terrible stories. However, for every bad landlord story, I hear a similar tennant-from-hell story. It&#039;s a shame, but it&#039;s why rental managers and landlords check references - and why things like Munzer.ca are great.

By the way - in the &quot;How Munzer.ca got its name&quot; section, it&#039;s mentioned &quot;across modern-day Germany, Switzerland and Australia&quot;... In 1524, Australia was yet-to-be discovered. I think it should be &quot;Austria&quot;</description>
