The man seen arguing above is a 70+ year old Peruvian gentleman who is always in the park, once the weather gets nice. He is the unofficial commissioner of the soccer league/games which take place on the corner(end zone) of the Jeanne Mance soccer/football field every day. When a fight or dispute breaks out (usually one a game), he will occassionally run over and make sure it does not get out of hand and will mediate a truce. As well he seems to have the unofficial franchise to sell soft drinks in the park at all the games.
Quite a character.
