		<description>It doesn&#039;t _really_ preserve the street grid. In fact a good number of streets running north-south are blocked -- what appear to be streets on the map are actually &quot;sky terraces&quot; for people in the upper apartment towers. They&#039;re not through streets, at all.</description>
