Cheung Fun Fix
Cheung fun is one of Hong Kong’s more common snacks, but it’s actually quite hard to find on the street, even though it’s more or less designed to be prepared on the fly. Part of the problem is that Hong Kong has banned most mobile street vendors, so it’s only in a few odd places, like the Praya on Cheung Chau, where they continue to operate.
