Donald Tsang (the chief executive, known for his love of bow ties) is shown looking rather clownish, with a giant bow tie, and the word &quot;Hopeless&quot; written below.</description>

In two moves it&#039;s now considered a symbol of political liberalism and a means to mock an establishment that&#039;s close to the Chinese Communist Party.</description>
